This is a custom figure of Biollante from the Movie Monster Series, based on a Monster Head Magnet from an Ichiban Kuji lottery.
It features a flickering LED inside the chest, like a candle, which can be turned on and off with a switch on the bottom.
The batteries are also replaceable.
An original base is also included.
I tried adding a magnet to the bottom part, but it didn't really serve a purpose...
The figure has been painted slightly darker than the original color scheme, with a glossy finish on the inside of the mouth and a matte finish on the body.
